Preparation:

Start by preparing the meat. Clean the chicken breasts and cut into larger pieces. In a bowl, mix them with white yoghurt, oil, finely chopped ginger, garlic, garam masala, curcuma, ground paprika and salt. Leave the meat to marinate overnight.

The next day, heat a pan without oil and add the marinated meat to cook. Once the meat is seared, set it aside. In the same pan, add oil, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger, and sauté everything. Then, add garam masala, turmeric, and ground paprika to the pan and let the spices release their aroma. At that point add the pureed tomatoes, coconut milk and blend the sauce. After that return the meat to the sauce and leave to simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
