Method:
Start by preparing the batter. Mix the kefir with the egg and oil. Into this mixture, stir in the flour, brown sugar, sifted cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, and salt. This will form a thicker batter, which we will use to fill paper cases approximately three-quarters full. Place these into a muffin tin. From aluminium foil, prepare small balls or strips. Place a ball at the top of each case and strips along the sides to create a heart shape. Place the prepared cupcakes into an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, as the cupcakes are baking, prepare the cream. Blend the freeze-dried strawberries into a powder, setting aside a little for final sprinkling, and mix the rest with the cream cheese and maple syrup. Using a piping bag, decorate the cooled cupcakes. Finally, sprinkle them with the reserved strawberry powder and serve with love.
