The ISDM curriculum is tailored to help our students master a variety of skills that help them understand complex social issues around them better, break them down and analyse them from multiple lenses and finally come up with scalable and sustainable solutions for the same.
Some facets of the curriculum taught at the Postgraduate Program in Development (PGP-DM) are:
1) Understanding Society and Development
2) Design of Interventions for Social Impact
3) Curated Development Management Courses (ranging across domains and disciplines like Group Dynamics, Systems Thinking, Fundraising, Communication and more)
In addition, two modules run throughout the year in both formal classroom sessions and workshop mode:
4) Personal Mastery for Development Leadership
5) Writing in the Discipline
