While season three kicked off with a huge spotlight on Verdansk, Call of Duty isn’t forgetting about Black Ops 6. BO6 season three Reloaded brings some serious heat to both Multiplayer and Zombies with fresh content to keep us hooked.

From new maps to a slick SMG and exciting Zombies features, here’s everything you need to know about Black Ops 6 season three Reloaded update landing on May 1.

BO6 season 3 Reloaded patch notes breakdown

New maps

  • Haven: A medium-sized Core 6v6 map set in a covert KGB safehouse.
  • Signal: A compact Strike map (2v2/6v6) that drops players into a shadowy numbers station.
  • Blazetown (Nuketown variation): A fiery twist on the classic Nuketown map, reimagined to fit the mid-season theme.

New LTM: Joint Operations

Jump into chaotic 6v6 action across all five classic modes—Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Order, and Kill Confirmed—with the order shuffled at the start of every match. You’ll battle it out for two minutes per mode, or until one team hits the score cap, whichever comes first.

To keep things spicy, global modifiers shake up every match, including a +420 score bonus, third-person view, double health, low gravity, double jump, visual distortion effects, Hardcore rules, creepy paranoia audio cues, and increased movement speed. It’s a total blast!

New weapon: Ladra

The Ladra SMG, inspired by the Spectre from Black Ops 1, boasts a rapid fire rate and impressive recoil control, making it a strong contender even among mid-range weapons. That said, it’s relatively low base damage means you’ll want to equip an extended magazine to stay competitive in longer engagements.

New special attachment: Goblin Mk2 7.62 Mini-Rocket Conversion

A new conversion kit upgrades the Goblin Mk2 AR into a fully automatic powerhouse, firing explosive rocket rounds that deal splash damage. However, this damaging capability comes at the expense of bullet velocity and fire rate. Equipping this conversion also blocks barrel, muzzle, and magazine attachments.

New perk: Vendetta

A Recon perk for slot two that allows you to briefly see your killer’s last known location when you respawn. Take them out, and you’ll earn bonus score for the revenge. However, the Vigilance perk can block this tracking effect.

  • Zombies-Snack LTM: This mode introduces an energy meter you’ll need to manage instead. Stay alive by munching on snacks dropped by fallen zombies.
  • Frost Blast field upgrade: Create a blizzard that deals lethal frost damage on activation and slows enemies that enter it. Great for crowd control or making a quick escape.
  • Directed Mode for Shattered Veil
  • Ray Gun Mark 2’s base version added to Mystery Box on all existing Zombies maps

Season 3 Reloaded events

  • High Art (also available in Warzone) – May 1 to 15
  • Blaze of Glory (also available in Warzone) – May 6 to 15
  • More events to come as the mid-season progresses
