Can you earn money with copy trading?
1) What is copy trading: When you use copy trading you copy the trades from real persons. The Exchange and the trader get some fees based on the trading volume. Mostly they trade with high leverage to increase their fees.
2) Base: I tried 3 Copy-trader to figure out if its works. Long story short. It does not work. I lost 100 % of my investment.
3) Dangerous: In the first moment, the high returns can look to good to be true, and mostly they are. The biggest danger is, that you have no control when the trader stops his trading. Mostly after a streak of losses. So you can get completely rekt. Most times, we increase the deposit, when the trader has a winning streak, but after this streak, the statistic kicks in, and he loses some trades, with bigger trading volume and high leverage. The loss is huge.
4) Result: Do not get bling into copy trades and be careful with copy trading. #trading #tradingstrategy #tradingmindset
