Doing this session + one of my tricep workouts = a bigger and happier you 🥲
If you aren’t concerned w/ strength on bench, just increase the reps from 3×5 to 3×8-10 w/ 3+ mins rest. Still a good idea to keep it on the “heavier” end of the spectrum since the rest of the session is a blast of higher volume sets. Make sure to rest fully between those bench sets!
