TNA World Champion Joe Hendry Attacked by DarkState on WWE NXT

After being laid out by Trick Williams in the closing moments of Rebellion, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry accepted an invitation from Shawn Michaels to show up on WWE NXT.
In an attempt to settle their issues, Hendry called out Trick to meet him in the ring but instead, he was faced with a vicious assault from the group known as DarkState.
Later in the night, Trick “said his name” but Hendry was nowhere to be found. Trick insulted the viral megastar, claiming that they are not on the same level.
NXT General Manager Ava announced that Trick would be part of a Battle Royal next Tuesday to determine the #1 Contender for the NXT Championship at WWE Battleground. The Battle Royal is rumored to involve stars from TNA Wrestling.
Joe Hendry was approached by the NXT Tag Team Champions, Hank and Tank, who pledged their allegiance to Hendry in his fight against DarkState. Next Tuesday, Hendry, Hank and Tank will join forces to battle DarkState in a 6-man tag team match.
