Estonia/Australia: Estonia-based nature hospitality brand ÖÖD Group, known for its mirrored cabin design, has secured investment from Australian family-owned growth investor Bayard Capital to accelerate its global expansion.

Known for its mirror-clad ÖÖD Mirror House design manufactured in Estonia and the US since 2016, the company launched an international hospitality arm in 2022 via its ÖÖD Partnership Program, teaming with landowners and operators to develop small-footprint nature destinations. ÖÖD earns a share of rental income from each site.

ÖÖD said existing shareholders will welcome members of the O’Reilly family to its board to provide strategic guidance alongside Bayard Capital’s backing.

The brand currently counts 100+ houses across nearly 50 sites in 12 countries, all bookable on StayOOD.com. With the new funding, the company plans to invest more than €50 million over the next 2–3 years to build a portfolio of up to 1,000 cabins worldwide, prioritising the US, Scandinavia, Iceland and the UK.
