Each dental school in Canada is different & can have different requirements, so make sure to 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹’𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀.
The overall requirements can be categorized as:
𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰
– Undergraduate degree (usually can be any degree as long as the required courses are completed & certain academic status is maintained-refer to the desired school website)
– Prerequisite courses (refer to the desired school’s website)
– Competitive GPA (refer to the desired school’s website)

– DAT exam (Dental aptitude test is a multiple-choice, computer-based, standardized exam that is scored on a scale of 1 to 30 exam & is composed of 6 sections – PS. I have a discount code with DATCRUSHER: Mahsadentistry)
– Casper exam ( it is a 100-120 minute online, open-response situational judgment test, which was relatively recently added to the list of requirements- refer to the desired school)
– Application(usually composed of personal statement + autobiographical sketch)
– Interview (each school can have different interview format- refer to the desired school’s website)
