You have only 5 secs to grab the recruiter’s attention.
Most CVs read like a boring list of duties. Recruiters don’t care that you “handled transactions” or “designed prototypes.”
They care about impact.
Here’s the formula I have used to secure high value roles:
👉 Context – What was the situation?
👉 Action – What did you actually do?
👉 Result – What changed because of it?
Show scale, quality, efficiency, collaboration, or process impact. Numbers and outcomes make you stand out.
