Noam Dar was forced to give up the NXT Heritage Cup in June after suffering an injury—just two months after returning from his last setback. It was a brutal blow not just to NXT’s summer momentum but also to Dar’s own string of standout performances.

Now, there’s a new update straight from someone who knows him best—fellow wrestler and real-life partner Aleah James. While speaking on The A2theK Wrestling Show, James offered a positive glimpse into Dar’s recovery and teased his eventual comeback.

“Yeah, it’s going along really well. Getting stronger and being able to do more and more. So, it’s just looking for that return. We’re ready, we’re waiting. He’s gonna be better and stronger than ever so, we’re looking forward to that.”

Dar’s most recent match came at an NXT live event in June, shortly before Ava—NXT’s General Manager—confirmed via Twitter that he would be sidelined and forced to vacate the title.

“Due to injury, Noam Dar will not be able to compete this Tuesday and will have to relinquish the NXT Heritage Cup Championship.”

Noam Dar has always had a reputation for sharp technique and timing inside the ring. If Aleah James’ comments are anything to go by, his return could bring an even more dangerous version of the Scottish Supernova.

Are you looking forward to Noam Dar’s return to NXT? Do you think he should jump right back into the Heritage Cup picture when he’s cleared? Drop your thoughts below and let us know what you think.
