Asset management company Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE: BX) on Thursday said its third-quarter net income dropped from last year, hurt by a decline in revenues.
- The company reported revenues of $3.09 billion for the third quarter, compared to $3.66 billion in Q3 2024
- Net income attributable to the company decreased to $624.9 million or $0.80 per share from $780.8 million or $1.02 per share last year
- Distributable earnings were $1.9 billion or $1.52 per share in Q3, vs. $1.28 billion or $1.01 per share last year
- Total assets under management (AUM) increased to $1.24 trillion in the September quarter from $1.11 trillion in the prior-year period
- Fee-earning AUM was $906.2 billion in the third quarter, while perpetual capital AUM came in at $500.6 billion
- The management declared a quarterly dividend of $1.29 per share to record holders of common stock at the close of business on November 3, 2025
- The company repurchased 0.2 million shares in the quarter and 0.9 million shares over the last twelve months
