Mat Ishbia, UWM’s president and CEO, said the new offerings are designed to give brokers greater control and efficiency in their work. “We’re not just making the loan process faster and easier,” Ishbia said in a statement. “We’re enabling brokers to grow and achieve new levels of success.”
The enhanced Brand 360 platform lets brokers access to Canva’s marketing tools at no cost in order to create customized marketing materials or adapt pre-designed templates using their own brand colors and logos.
A release from UWM says that users will also receive more than 30 social media templates each month and be able to schedule posts directly from the platform.
Loan Lab allows brokers to test different loan structures and scenarios before finalizing a loan, reducing the need for repeated communication with underwriters and potentially speeding up approvals.
The new Income Calculator uses artificial intelligence to analyze and verify borrower income, a process UWM says will help brokers determine loan eligibility more accurately and efficiently.
The rollout follows UWM’s recent partnerships with Bilt, announced earlier this month, and Ishbia’s naming of the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Ariz.
