Three of China’s biggest smartphone brands have made their moves in the flagship market, launching new phones for the 2026 season. Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi are now preparing the terrain for the global markets. The three have launched respectable flagships, but there are still some missing variants for each of them. So far, none of them have unveiled Ultra-branded flagships. These are set to come in the coming months with more premium specifications, appealing cameras, and larger batteries. In a new leak, the tipster Smart Pikachu suggests that among the three, the upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have the biggest battery.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra Specifications and Features Emerge

As per the tipster, the Find X9 Ultra will come with the largest battery compared to other Ultra smartphones. Unfortunately, the exact size is unknown. But Oppo already set in bold lines that “no 7,000mAh, no flagship”. In other words, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have a larger than 7,000mAh battery. The Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro were both big upgrades in terms of battery over last year’s models. The Oppo Find X9 Pro, for example, has a massive 7,500mAh battery. So, considering this, if I were the one making an Ultra variant, I would – for sure – make it fancier than the Pro in all aspects. We don’t know if the brand aims to break the 8,000mAh battery with this one, but it should – at the very least – go beyond the Pro variant.

It’s thanks to the new Silicon Carbon battery technology that we’re seeing so many flagships with larger batteries. The new technology allows battery cells to store more energy without increasing the form factor. Thanks to this, we’re seeing flagships with increasingly larger batteries, but they don’t appear bulky. Chinese brands have been exploring this technology extensively this year, and it is only getting better with every new release.

The tipster also says that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch screen. This panel will feature 2K resolution and eye-protection support. There will be a Quad Camera setup and a pair of periscope telephoto snappers. Smart Pikachu says that the photography sees a big boost in the Find X9 Ultra. The Macro, Portrait, and Zoom modes have been improved.
