  • 1.2 l vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • a few allspice berries
  • a large handful of fresh dill
  • brown sugar to taste
  • apple cider vinegar to taste
  • salt

Preparation:

Take a large pot and sauté the chopped mushrooms in oil. When they release water, add finely chopped garlic, dill stems, cumin, allspice, bay leaves and sauté briefly. Then add diced potatoes and sauté.

Then pour in the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Pour the cream into the kulajda, season with sugar, salt and add chopped fresh dill.
