Makes – 6 Cupcake Base
Maida – 90 Gm
Sugar – 80 Gm
Baking Soda – 1/4 Tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Curd – 45 Ml
Milk – 30 Ml
Warm Water – 15 Ml
Vanilla – 1/2 Tsp
Butter – 40 Gm
Preheat the Oven @170 C Degree.
Prepare the Muffin tray with Liners.
In a bowl, add room temperature butter + Vanilla + Sugar + Salt and whisk until light and fluffy(takes 2 minutes).
To same bowl, pour Curd + Milk and sieve all the dry ingredients. And combine the ingredients with spatula.
At last pour the lukewarm water and combine. Then fill the liners in muffin tray till half and bake @170 C for 18 Minutes.
Soft Fluffy Buttery Cupcakes are ready, they will for sure gain you many admireres 🙂
