UK: Members house collection Maslow’s will open its third site in London early next year, located in The Kensington Building.

Spanning two floors of The Kensington Building, the house will feature a ground-floor living room alongside first-floor shared workspaces. Members will also find private spaces for teams of up to 40, lounges, a members-only café, gym and studio, and a variety of meeting rooms.

A wellbeing schedule includes daily fitness classes led by in-house personal trainers, supported by a monthly programme of therapies including complimentary massages. The all-day menu served at the cafe has also been developed by nutritionists.

The Kensington Building holds a BREEAM Excellent rating and is powered entirely by renewable electricity. Alongside this, Maslow’s is pursuing a WELL certification for the house.

Guy Ivesha, founder and CEO of Maslow’s said: “Kensington is a natural next chapter for Maslow’s – a place where our mission to create multi-use spaces that balance work, wellbeing and connection can flourish. With its sustainability credentials, design integrity, and vibrant energy, The Kensington Building perfectly embodies our values, creating an environment where professional performance and personal wellbeing exist in harmony. I can’t wait to introduce Maslow’s Kensington to our existing members and to welcome new members into the neighbourhood.”
