What you eat is the number one contributor towards your health in my opinion. Nothing even comes close.
If you think eating healthy is boring, you are probably either eating the wrong foods, or you’re so used to eating ultra processed food that whole food doesn’t seem appetizing. Give it a few weeks and that will change 👍
Here’s how I normally eat… first meal between 10-11am. This is just around the time I get hungry. Usually a snack around 2-3pm if I’m hungry then as well. Dinner between 6:30-7pm. I’m not strict with when I eat. I eat based off how I feel and when I’m hungry. Some days I eat a little more food, and some days a little less.
And if you want to count calories, count calories. Nothing wrong with that, and it can certainly be helpful especially for someone new to the game. I personally know my body so well that I don’t need to do so. I do not want to live my life like that. I get some daily movement and eat nutrient dense whole food. Simple as that 🤝
