Crystal has revealed the name of its newest luxury ocean vessel, the Crystal Grace, marking the line’s first new-build ship in 25 years and the first developed under the ownership of Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group. The name “Grace” was chosen to reflect the ship’s elegant aesthetic, refined experience, and the graceful movement of the vessel at sea.
The Crystal Grace is scheduled for delivery in May 2028, with its inaugural voyage set for June 11, following a series of preview sailings. The launch season itineraries will become available for sale in April 2026. The ship is designed to accommodate 650 guests in all-suite accommodations and promises one of the highest crew-to-guest ratios in the luxury segment, ensuring personalized service.
Onboard, the vessel will feature extensive entertainment and several world-class dining venues included in the voyage fare. These venues include Umi Uma (the only Nobu restaurant at sea), Beefbar, and Osteria d’Ovidio, which offers menus curated by the Michelin-starred Alajmo brothers. The ship will also feature a full wraparound promenade. A unique aspect of the Crystal experience under its new ownership is the integration of Abercrombie & Kent’s global network, which will curate bespoke, exclusive land-based excursions for guests.
