Windstar Cruises has announced the inaugural itineraries for its newest ship, the 112-suite yacht, Star Seeker. The vessel is scheduled to sail in the Caribbean, Alaska, and Japan, offering a range of small-ship luxury experiences.

The ship’s inaugural voyage is set to depart from Málaga, Spain, on December 28, 2025, culminating in Miami on January 13, 2026. A highlight of this transatlantic crossing will be a special stop in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, for a New Year’s Eve celebration featuring fireworks alongside its sister ship, Wind Star. The Star Seeker‘s christening ceremony will take place in Miami upon arrival.

Following the christening, the yacht will embark on an eight-day Caribbean voyage to San Juan starting January 15, 2026, including calls in the Dominican Republic and British Virgin Islands. The ship will then transit the Panama Canal to begin its Alaska season from May to August 2026. Alaska offerings include Scenic Alaska cruises (seven or eight days) and Alaskan Splendors cruises (10 to 12 days), sailing between Vancouver and Juneau. Guests will also have the option to combine the Alaska cruise with a five-day inland tour of Denali National Park. The Star Seeker‘s debut season will conclude with a Pacific crossing to Japan in early September, where it will operate the Grand Japan itinerary on four dates through October 2026.
