Saudi Arabia: Luxury hotel brand Mandarin Oriental has signed a hotel, serviced apartment and branded residence project in Jeddah Central, set to open in 2030.
Jeddah Central, developed by Jeddah Central Development Company, is an urban tourism project on the Red Sea coast. It features residential, commercial, cultural attractions, sports, and entertainment.
Located on a waterfront site, Mandarin Oriental Jeddah will feature 140 guest rooms, 115 serviced apartments, and 187 branded residences offering two-to-four bedroom, privately-owned homes.
Amenities include five dining venues, cinema, games room, golf simulator, swimming pool and fitness centre, spa, a children’s club, library and more.
Design firm KPF has been selected as master planner and architect of Mandarin Oriental Jeddah.
