The world of video podcasts has become a major focus for the entertainment business in recent months.

Warner Bros. Television was the latest company to dip its toes into the sector this year with the launch of A Lot More, the Jonathon Buckley-hosted series that gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at their favorite shows such as Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, IT: Welcome to Derry and The Golden Bachelor.

The company is now looking to do more after creating its own dedicated podcast studio on the Warner Bros. Studios Lot in Burbank, California.

Tim Seiwert, VP of Social Media for the studio, who is spearheading the initiative, told Deadline that it’s a “natural step”.

“With video podcasts growing in popularity, it’s a natural step to leverage the extensive library Warner Bros. Television Group has to give fans even more access to our iconic IP and creative talent,” he said. “A Lot More will enable us to reach new audiences and provide fans around the world with deeper insight into the shows for which we are renowned. Our new dedicated podcast studio located on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank provides a space and proximity to the exceptional talent and stories that enter our gates.”

The company launched A Lot More in August with an episode featuring Bachelor in Paradise’s bartender (and former cast member on The Bachelorette) Wells Adams. It followed this with episodes featuring Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi, Peacemaker star Steve Agee and choreographer Charissa Barton, Aztec Batman: Clash of the Empires’ Ernie Altbacker, Juan Jose Meza-Leon and Ego Plum, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage’s Emily Osment and Montana Jordan, Gilmore Girls’ Luke Danes and Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking’s James and Oliver Phelps.

Buckley interviews these stars and crew members about their roles on these Warner Bros. TV-produced series including scripted, unscripted, and animated shows.

Upcoming guests include Abbott Elementary’s Chris Perfetti, The Golden Bachelor’s Mel Owens, and IT: Welcome to Derry’s Andy and Barbara Muschietti.

Episodes are available on all major podcast platforms as well as YouTube.
