Flora Pili vs Jelena Janicijevic for the IBO world super-lightweight title

The IBO world super-lightweight title is up for grabs in France on Friday, December 5th, 2025.

28 from Saint-Avold, Moselle, Flora Pili (11-0, 2 KOs) is the No.1 super-lightweight in France. She has won French, European and WBO International super-lightweight titles during her six-year pro career.

Serbian Jelena Janicijevic (6-1-1, 2 KOs) is 12 years Pili’s senior and has won European titles down at lightweight. The 4-year-old Belgrade boxer hasn’t fought since December last year, whereas Pili was in action just last April, successfully defending her WBO International super-lightweight title via 10th round TKO.

Pili has defeated five opponents with winning records and been victorious in five championship contests. She has youth and the confidence of an undefeated champion on her side.

However, Janicijevic has beaten four opponents with perfect records before, so this is set to be an intriguing match-up.

The IBO world super-lightweight title on the line was formerly held by boxing royalty, Katie Taylor.
