Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, has appointed Gabe Solano as general manager of Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.
With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Solano will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, portfolio development, and homeowner and guest experience.
“With his proven success in luxury hospitality and deep expertise in villa rentals, Gabe will play a pivotal role in advancing Nocturne’s vision for growth in the Caribbean,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “His track record in driving and elevating guest experiences, and leading high-performing teams will strengthen the position of Grand Cayman Villas & Condos in the market and enhance the client and homeowner experience across our portfolio.”
Prior to joining Grand Cayman Villas & Condos, Solano held leadership roles across hospitality and luxury rentals, including resort manager at Royal Isabela, property director at Casa Bacardi Puerto Rico, where he grew annual visitors to over 220,000 and tripled profitability, and director of F&B at W Hotels. He also managed operations at Spritz, Golden Age Hospitality, and Constellation Culinary Group. He began his career at Mandarin Oriental New York and has hands-on experience with luxury short-term rentals at Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico. Solano holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Delaware.
