Douglas Elliman describes Elli AI as a “white-labeled platform fully integrated with the Douglas Elliman website and intranet.” Agents are able to query Elli AI with natural language prompts, with which it is able to search across MLS boards, public record and the internet. Elli AI can also generate branded reports, provide market insights backed by data, and generate property descriptions, pitches, presentation strategies and pricing strategies.
The tool also has a feature to help agents with off market properties match their property with buyers contracted with other Elli AI users.
