Kilmar Abrego Garcia is being held in Virginia as the legal battle continues over his potential deportation.
The Salvadoran native was taken into immigration custody after checking in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday in Baltimore and may be facing potential deportation to Uganda.
