Naughty Dog’s prepping for the eventual release of its new IP’s debut game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, after kind of pigeonholing themselves as The Last of Usstudio for so long. How do we know they’re prepping for it? Localization jobs are opening up at ND for Japanese and French.
Spotted by DomTheBomb, they’re asserting this likely means the studio’s gonna release sometime next year post-Wolverine or in 2027. For reference, it seems like PlayStation likes to spread out releases, so it would be — while great for PS players cause it means more games — more likely Sony will push Intergalacticinto a 2027 spot.
Right now, we can only really speculate, but it seems the most likely that it’s a 2027 release if that, considering ND’s history of delaying games.
