Kenya industry leaders from various departments came together for the China, Hunan – Kenya economic and trade cooperation conference held in the capital Nairobi.
During the conference leaders signed eleven agreements in various sector key among them agriculture, technology and infrastructure. The long standing relation between China and Africa was celebrated by leaders from both sides with a call to strengthen the multi layered cooperation for mutual benefit. This shared call will be realised with the establishment of the annual China-Africa expo to take place in June this year in Hunan province. The event was sponsored by the department of commerce of Hunan province, Kenya investment authority and the Bank of China.
