This webinar is aimed at students who are interested in applying for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine at universities in the UK and Hong Kong.
These degree programmes are highly competitive and applicants are required to demonstrate clear academic proficiency and long-term commitment to the subject. Universities will make their selection based on a variety of factors including examination grades, super-curricular activities, written entrance tests and performance at interviews.
This webinar is an opportunity for us to discuss the preparation process students and parents should be undertaking in this pathway. We will present some case studies of recent WIS graduates to provide you with an idea of the profile of a successful applicant.
We encourage both Y10/11 students and parents to attend so everyone has access to the same information. There will be a separate session specifically tailored for Y12 students and parents later in the year. Please note this is very similar to the webinar which took place in February which some current Year 11 students and parents may have already attended.
