Sep.23 — Former Bank of England governor Mark Carney says there are investment opportunities of up to $2.5 trillion a year — the equivalent to 2 percentage points of global gross domestic product — in energy infrastructure. Carney, who now an adviser to COP 26 and is the head of transition investing at Brookfield Asset Management, spoke on “Bloomberg Markets.”
