Dempsey put up a valiant effort by attempting to attack Oba Femi’s enormous legs, but a huge Fall From Grace ended the bout.
Wes Lee def. Tony D’Angelo
With The High Ryze now taking over NXT, Wes Lee picked up a major win thanks to an assist from Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
The match heated up when Lee started talking smack about The Family dissolving, leading to Tony D’Angelo to go ballistic on his opponent.
When it seemed like The Don was in a position to win, Stacks appeared on the jumbotron and implied he was going to harm Adriana Rizzo, allowing Lee to hit a Cardiac Kick for the win.
Stephanie Vaquer and Jordynne Grace brought the heat in war of words
Myles Borne def. Ethan Page
All Ego tried his best to steal Myles Borne’s No. 1 Contender spot, but Borne found a way to pull out the biggest win of his career.
Ethan Page swooped in and goaded Borne into the match and took it to him, locking him in a Boston Crab and wrenching his spine.
Borne found a way to flip the momentum, and in a flurry, he hit Page with a Jacknife cover to score the win and remain the No. 1 Contender.
Thea Hail def. Tatum Paxley via Disqualification
A disturbing incident took place in the match between Tatum Paxley and Thea Hail that forced the official to stop the bout and award Hail the win.
Paxley has seemingly snapped, as she fought through tears and her disturbed mind to battle Hail.
As the two competed, Paxley took things too far and began to scratch at Hail’s eyes, nearly blinding her and forcing a disqualification.
NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer & Jordynne Grace def. Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne
For one night only, NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer and No. 1 Contender Jordynne Grace joined forces to vanquish Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne of Fatal Influence.
Henley and Jayne brought their A-game, using their cohesion to gain the advantage and keep La Primera and The Juggernaut frustrated.
After a chaotic exchange, Grace found herself alone with Jayne, and a massive Beastmode gave her the win, leading to an incredible staredown between the two winners and future opponents.
