Did you know that authors and publishers pay a delivery fee based on file size for ebooks to be delivered to readers. So every time you buy an ebook, if that ebook is larger (like an omnibus) or has graphics (including chapter headers, scene dividers, artwork, etc) than the author is paying a fee for Amazon to deliver it tot he read on top of the amount they’re already giving up to Amazon as a cut.
