If you’re looking for the best app for project management and organizing notes, Taskade is probably going to be my only answer. Simple because its got a ton of useful features and moreover, almost all of it is free. The version is actually more than enough and doesn’t require you to pay anything upfront, ever. The premium version of taskade only allows for larger file sizes to be uploaded or things like 2-way Google calendar integration. But these really aren’t major requirement for majority of you.
Taksade is easily one of the most feature-packed project management apps with almost all features you can think of and at no cost. Allows you to create multiple workspaces, sub-spaces and projects. You can tag, assign and track each project individually including the tasks created within a project. A project shows up on the roadmaps as soon as you assign a due date to them which is very useeful to get a quick snapshot of your week or month.
I also think Taskade is an excellent collaboration too. It allows for voice calls, video calls and chats in context to specific projects. So you can invite team members and assign them tasks or projects and chat with them real time over text, voice or video to reduce time and increase efficiency.
You can even convert tasks into reminders by simply attaching a due date and a due time. And not only will you get notification on your phone for a due task, you will also get it in your email.
There are probably more features in Taskade than you would ever need or use, which is good. Tomorrow, as your need evolves, Taskade will be ready with the feature for you.
