Cheese Burger Bowl Full recipe👇🏼

In a pan cook 150g 90/10 ground beef, add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper once it’s not pink

Sauce (optional):
1.5 table spoon light mayo
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon relish
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Assemble bowl with 150g white rice, cooked beef, 30g low fat cheese (use whatever cheese you want), pickles, lettuce, tomato, onions and sauce
