🧠 Keep a Consistent Mindset- This doesn’t mean that you don’t care about the result. But rather ⬇️
✅ Have Control Of Your Emotions- Not too high, Not too low
✅ Positive Body Language- Poor Body Language shows loss of mindset and emotions.
👉 If we are dealing with failure and lose control of our emotions, we then lose the ability to make clear choices on a direction out of failure.
👉 Even in circumstances of dealing with success, over-hyped & overzealous reactions can be draining. Enjoy the success, but don’t let it cloud your judgement of the work still needed to be done. Also remember- Winners don’t have to brag. The act of winning does that for us.
