Stronger glutes!
Here are three exercises that can be done at home or in the gym that work to strengthen the glutes, the primary muscles that support the side and back of the hip joint
There are options to make these exercises easier by reducing weight/resistance or using no weight/resistance. You can make them more difficult by increasing repetitions and/or weight
It is important to have strong glutes to support the hips and knees for walking, stairs, sports- really most activities
Repetitions and sets are simply suggestions and can be modified as needed.
