Kenneth Ray Cook, a West Virginia father, has reportedly been hit with 152 charges for allegedly sexually assaulting his daughter, resulting in the birth of three kids.

According to KOLN, the 43-year-old was placed behind bars following accusations that he engaged in an incestuous relationship with his daughter. Per law enforcement officials, it was reported that Cook fathered three children with his daughter. Upon further investigation into the claims, the children were reportedly found “suffering from neglect.” Per booking records, Cook was placed behind bars on March 6.

Per PEOPLE, it is believed that Cook began sexually assaulting his daughter when she was 9 years old. Furthermore, court records assert that Cook continued the abuse against his daughter until she was 21.

More Details On The 152 Charges Against The West Virginia Father

Additionally, the outlet reports that Cook was initially charged with “sexual abuse, sexual assault and child neglect, as well as three counts of incest.” However, on June 3, he was reportedly indicted and now faces 149 charges of incest in addition to the initial charges of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and child neglect.

To date, Cook remains in custody at the Southern Regional Jail. Additionally, his bond has been set at $500,000. According to KOLN, the 43-year-old is expected to appear in court on June 24 for his formal arraignment.

A West Virginia Couple Was Recently Sentenced To Over A Hundred Years In Prison

Kenneth Ray Cook isn’t the only individual making shocking recent headlines in West Virginia. As The Shade Room previously reported, Donald Ray Lantz and Jeanne Kay Whitefeather have been sentenced to up to 215 years and 160 years in prison, respectively. Additionally, the couple was ordered to pay $215,000 in restitution.

Furthermore, Lantz and Whitefeather were indicted for human trafficking, violating the human rights, and forcing labor on their adoptive children. To note, the couple is white while their adoptive children are Black.
