Earlier this month, passengers on Carnival Paradise went to a karaoke night that took an unexpected turn when guest Tyler Heyworth began to sing.
Of course, karaoke is a toss-up, but what passengers got was a near-perfect rendition of Keith Sweat’s song “Nobody” by a 20-year-old Georgia native.
Guests were quick to start recording the performance and captured nearly every angle possible. To put it simply, the reaction to the karaoke night has become a sensation — and has even captured the attention of the cruise line.
As seen in multiple videos shared online, guests who were present for Heyworth’s performance began screaming the moment he started singing, then quickly began dancing and singing along with him.
Since being posted earlier this month, several of the videos shared of Heyworth singing have well over a million views.
One TikToker who goes by the username @queen_b_1985 posted a point of view of the performance on June 10, 2025, which now sits at 13 million views.
Carnival Cruise Line ended up using the audio from this TikToker’s video to make a post of their own, which featured a photo of the Limelight Lounge with a sign that said “The Tyler Show — Sold Out.”
This video now has 1.7 million views, making it Carnival’s top-performing content on TikTok in quite some time. The cruise line has also updated their TikTok bio to read “Tyler stan account.”
Guests and self-proclaimed Tyler from Carnival fans have been urging the cruise line to hire Heyworth to become an onboard entertainer, given how captivating his performance was.
Between already sharing Heyworth’s singing in their social media posts and their recent gifts to the now-famous cruise karaoke, Carnival Cruise Line is already listening.
Is Tyler Heyworth Coming Back to Carnival Cruise Line?
After going viral on TikTok, Heyworth posted to his account (@tylerheyworth) for the first time on June 14, 2025.
It was only fitting that his first video was unboxing a gift sent to him by Carnival to thank him for his performance.
Heyworth started the video by saying, “A lot of you may know me from a series of videos recently of me singing on a Carnival cruise ship.”
Gifted to Heyworth were stickers, hoodies, a Yeti water bottle, a miniature model of Carnival Paradise, a lanyard, socks, and a certificate for being a TikTok sensation.
The certificate Heyworth received also included a complimentary 7-day cruise good for two individuals in a cabin with a balcony from their choice of any port within the United States.
“Carnival already reached out a second time and let me know that there would be more stuff, so maybe there will be a part two,” he added.
“We’ll see you back onboard soon. So glad you loved the goodies!” Carnival commented on the video.
The cruise line took it one step further by also sending Heyworth a customized mic that had their graphic for “The Tyler Show” printed on it, as well as the name of the ship he performed on, which was Carnival Paradise.
“Now you’re ready for your next onboard performance!” replied Carnival Cruise Line, hinting that the now-viral sensation will perform again soon.

This performance of “Nobody” reached far beyond the cruising industry, as the original singer of the song, Keith Sweat, reposted one of the videos of Heyworth singing on his social media pages.
Also, according to a report from Billboard, streams of the song went up 91% in the week after the videos of Heyworth were posted to TikTok.
Between the gift certificate offering him a free cruise and the huge demand for his presence onboard, it would not be unlikely to see Heyworth back on a Carnival ship sooner rather than later.
