This exercise can help you stop snoring, which is not only annoying for those sleeping in the same room as us but can also mean that we’re not getting enough oxygen at night.

To do it, stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth and suck back, creating a kicking sound. Aim to do this 20 to 30 times each day, as it strengthens the tongue muscle and can help with snoring.
