Lakshmipathi joined ASK in 2009 and is a vital member of the core team.
He leads fund raising, deployment, and investment management of real estate funds in South India, currently overseeing a portfolio of INR 6 Bn / USD 95 Mn across 8 mn. sq. ft., including over 6,700 residential units in South India.
With over Three decades of experience, he previously worked with ICICI Bank, specializing in real estate and mortgages. He holds a BSc degree from Loyola College, Chennai.
