MSC Cruises has announced new details on its upcoming vessel MSC World Asia, which will set sail in the Mediterranean on December 11, 2026.

The ship will feature a blend of returning guest favorites and new concepts and venues, including the longest dry slide at sea and new experiences and features in the World Promenade. As the third vessel in MSC’s World class, MSC World Asia will feature subtle design elements that reflect Asia’s rich culture, art, and landscapes. Like her sister ships, public areas will be made up of seven districts, each with its own atmosphere, facilities, and experiences.

World Promenade Highlights

Among the highlights of MSC World Asia will be the World Promenade, an open-air space where unique dining, lounging, and entertainment options will be available. Guests can expect a mix of returning spaces as well as new concepts and features including:

Pan-Asian Specialty Restaurant

This lively yet-to-be-named venue will offer an elevated dining experience featuring a variety of food and drinks, a dedicated bar, and an outdoor terrace. Focusing on Southeast Asian cuisine, including flavors from Singapore, Thailand, Laos, South China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, this Pan-Asian specialty restaurant will transport guests to a world of tastes, textures and stories of the region in a new way. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy bold flavors and soak in the energy of the Promenade and surrounding entertainment.

Tree of Life @ The Spiral Dry Slide

Set to be the longest dry slide at sea at just over 266 feet, this signature architectural feature of MSC’s World class ships offers a thrilling ride that lets guests glide between 12 decks in seconds. The new design will be inspired by the trees in Singapore’s famous Gardens by the Bay.

All-Stars Sports Bar

This lively venue will offer a fun game-day atmosphere with large screens, interactive games such as digital shuffleboard and darts, and an outdoor sea-facing terrace. Guests can grab a drink with friends and family and watch a game while enjoying comfort bar food and classic American favorites.

A stylish space for coffee lovers, the Coffee Emporium will offer a curated selection of blends and brewing styles from around the world.
