😲 Seriously surprised at how taking collagen supplements have benefitted both my hair and skin. With my hair, I can tell the difference based on all the new babyhairs sprouting up that I constantly have to tame 😆 With my skin, taking collagen supplements has worked wonderfully in conjunction with sunscreen, tretinoin, Vitamin C, and facial massages. It’s hard to tell the full effect of how collagen has benefitted my skin since I’m also using skincare products and doing skincare practices that are changing my skin.
