You’ll find a mix of hotel residents, day spa guests and regular members all busy creating their version of wellness, whether it’s in the gym, the thermal pools and outdoor jacuzzi, or finding rest and relaxation away from the bustling crowds on the water floatation beds. To make the most of your experience, book in for a PT session or one of the exercise classes (from yoga to HIIT) there’s a full daily schedule. You won’t go hungry, with the Spa Cafe or Restaurant to choose from (alcohol is only served at dinner), there’s plenty of delicious snacks and veggies on offer to help you achieve your 30 a week microbiome target.
If you want to stay over, there’s a full range of accommodation. Book into the Princess Diana suite for a spacious luxe pad overlooking the gardens and easy access to spa and restaurant. And yes she did stay in that very room as a Champneys regular.
