Dumbbell chest raise
Start with the dumbbell on side of your thigh . Turn it to curl grip and bring it up towards your chest level with elbows straight and dumbbells almost touching at the mid chest level. Contract your chest hard at this position and bring it back down
this is a great exercise to improve the mid chest and the cross striations on the chest muscle (percotals )
