Aslan Energy Capital (AEC), a Singapore-based clean energy infrastructure firm, has forged a pivotal partnership with Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) to establish a state-of-the-art 40MW hyperscale data centre in East Jakarta, Indonesia. This ambitious venture, branded the Aslan Jakarta Data Centre (AJDC), is poised to become a significant player in the region’s burgeoning digital landscape.

A Cutting-Edge Facility Designed for the Future

The AJDC is set to be a Tier 4 co-location facility spanning two stories and accommodating up to 7,000 server racks within a sprawling 40,000-square-meter footprint. With a slated operational launch in the fourth quarter of 2027, this facility promises to transform the data storage ecosystem in Indonesia. AEC has committed to ensuring that the centre runs entirely on certified renewable energy, thanks to its strategic alliance with JIEP.
