Are you wondering how to have an orgasm, or help a woman orgasm? A team of researchers in the USA have the top three moves for making it happen
A new report by a team of researchers in the US has found that a combination of three easy moves greatly increases the chance that a woman will achieve an orgasm during sex.
The three moves that form the ‘golden trio’ are:
- genital stimulation
- deep kissing
- oral sex
The research was published in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour, and looked at the responses of more than 52,000 people between the ages of 18 and 65. It also included over 2,000 gay, lesbian and bisexual men and women.
“About 30% of men actually think that intercourse is the best way for women to have an orgasm, and that is sort of a tragic figure because it couldn’t be more incorrect,” co-author of the research Elisabeth Lloyd, biology professor and author of The Case of the Female Orgasm, explained.
