Join me for a 20 minute STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I’ll be using 8lb weights, but you can use anything from 5-12lb depending on your strength level. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
