Chinese President Xi Jinping laid out his vision of the Chinese Dream and its worldwide impact as the curtain rolled down on the 13th National People’s Congress session. Xi assured the world that a great, prosperous and strong China will be a contributor rather than a threat to the world. And as China is the continent’s largest trading partner, Africa has been watching developments closely to try and learn from China’s experience.
So then what challenges need to be addressed to further deepen China-Africa relations and take the win-win cooperation to another level?
