Travis Kelce is revealing the thing he found the “hardest” about hosting SNL in 2023.
The 35-year-old NFL tight end spoke about his experience on the Tuesday (July 1) episode of the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast.
While on the podcast, he explained why he took hosting the comedy show so seriously and why he found it one aspect of the show surprisingly difficult.

During the episode, Travis revealed that he struggles with reading and going through the script during a table read with the cast was difficult for him. He said on the podcast, “The table reading, for a guy that can’t really read that well, it was kind of a f—ed situation.”
Travis also shared on the podcast that his thought process as he was hosting the comedic show was, “I don’t want to look like a loser doing this. I want to make them respect my approach and how I’m taking it serious.”
Despite being a star on the football field, Travis revealed that acting is a whole different ball game. He shared, “I’m so prepared for an NFL game. In my career, I get an entire week to figure out a scheme, how I’m going to attack somebody, how I’m going to handle certain situations. When you go into acting, I just didn’t feel as prepared.”
