iciHaiti – Haifex 2025 : Training on the pitch to strengthen female entrepreneurship

On July 1st, 2025, more than a hundred women entrepreneurs (or future entrepreneurs) took part in a pitch training session, designed to help them develop key communication and project presentation skills.
This training is one of the flagship initiatives of the pitch competition, supported by UNDP-Haiti, as part of the first edition of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Fair, which will be held on July 6 and 7. https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-45207-haiti-economy-haifex-1st-edition-of-the-women-s-entrepreneurship-fair.html
Although not all participants will be selected for the final phase, they learned how to :
– Effectively structure and promote their project;
– Gain confidence to defend their ideas;
– Create connections and opportunities between women entrepreneurs. Every woman equipped is an agent of economic and social change.
Beyond the competition, this training is a small contribution to creating a stronger, more supportive, and more inspiring women’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
